    Why does that even have bids? I mean a hole is something I avoid, but like teddy said thats just a washers at that point.

    Some people collect large cents that were used as something else...that looks too uneven to be a washer, but that may be what it was. I like the gears better.

    Me too, and I just placed a bid on it for a fellow forum member. Let's see if anyone can guess who he is!

    As for the 96, someone is going to have to attribute it. It would be very cool if it turns out to be an NC variety!
