Anybody been watching this guy?

Lambert's Lincolns

He's jumped at least 18 places in the past two weeks...he was #37 very recently. Look at some of his recent updates....09S-VDB in 64RD ($1500ish), 31S in 65RD ($450ish), 54P in 66RD, etc. I wonder if this guy is solely responsible for the current run on Lincolns. image

You missed the 1958 MS67RD (pop 9) coin
  • This "guy" is me. Got a good deal on several Lincolns, but had to sell my other Licolns, Walker Registry Set, and Morgan Registry set to get them. But were trying hard to move up the ladder.image
    Thanks,

( It's getting REAL competitive out there!) No kidding! The prices are crazy! I am thinking about selling my Lincoln Set!

In God We Trust.... all others pay in Gold and Silver!
  • Personally, I think you should have sold your Lincoln set to help pay for your Walker and Morgan registry sets. image

Interesting that you assumed it was a guy. I, for one, am happy that there are some real serious ladies collecting as well.image

  • Ray,
Don't worry too much, after we get the last couple of orders we have in, we won't be doing much buying either. Our funds are pretty much dried up, and will have medical bills to pay with my daugher and I both being sick.
But I do hope we bump up another couple spots by the time we get done ugradingimageimage

That's real easy Jackie - just send two or three Lincolns to every collector below your sets and see how he feels in the morningimage!!

Disclaimer: You may want to keep a couple of the key Lincolns to pay your hospital and/or lawyer costsimage!!

Really though, my son and I (Leonardo Dallen Set) have been watching and admiring your set from here. Good job and keep up the hunt. We can only hope to be there one day also. Regards, Dave
  • No, I'd have to keep a loaded gun under my pillow to defend myself from him wanting to KILL ME!image

The 68th Lincoln set just went up.

Where is that link that shows you how many sets there are in each Registry? Just think of all of the sets out that that are NOT displayed or entered!!!!
