Monthly funds taken from my paypal for $12.99 but I cannot accress VCP pricing.

    Are you not able to access it ever? or is it a problem like I have with vcp every few days where I can access it for a minute and then the site kind of stops working (even though every other website still works, so it cannot be my computer or internet access provider)?

    In the years I have used VCP I have never had a problem accessing the info and I use it quite a bit.

    I've never had an issue with VCP other than any card that I want is always on an upward trend and any card I want to sell is on a downward trendimage

    I know the problem is not with VCP but with something I did when I canceled the service. Maybe I canceled through VCP but not with paypal or something. Anyway, I just saw I have an email from VCP so I am sure this will show how to resolve.
