I spotted what I thought was a nice little addition to my budding Mercury Dime set... not a FB - but a nice pleasing little coin...

    Fill as hole, find a upgrade, sell a under, the game goes on and on and on.....image

    BTW the one I bought this morning was even the same coin in the same grade, the new has what I hope to be a more original skin.

    I just did the same thing on my large cent set. I thought the three date/prices on my phone were for the coins at the shop I still needed. Nope they were for three coins I liked that I needed to check if I needed. Luckily I only bought one and it was an upgrade like yours.

    You aren't the only one to have bought a coin that you already had one of. I have lots of 85-O Morgans, but most of them weren't bought because I forgot I had one.

    How about passing on a nice original midgrade 01-O half at summer FUN priced at Bid, because I wasn't sure if it was a better date or not - doh! I knew the 01-S was, but with all my focus recently on large cents, this one slipped right by me.
