Poppage! Some 1 of 1s, highest graded, and a head-scratcher

Received the last of my most recent submissions today. Date Logged: 6/28/12 (which was also the day the package was delivered per D/C), Date of poppage for 2 orders 7/6/12, 7/10/12 for the other 2. 6 and 9 business days respectively! Here's the results:

The white marks/dots on the back are from the PSA case. Anybody care to take a guess as to why it got a 4?!?

is that a water spot circle under his right arm? Might be why as well. Id try again though
