LOCAL FIND anyone intersted? 1972 basketball uncut sheet.

I got these from a local auction this past week. This is a series 1 (1-132) uncut basketball sheet from 1972-73 Topps basketball. The sheet is rough and has creasing throughout. However, There are about 8-12 cards from each half that are fine with no problems including Abdul-Jabbar, Maravich, and a few more. The Chamberlain has no creases but a water stain through half of the card. Most edges are beat up and someone cut 2 cards out. I am entertaining offers trying to sell privately before ebay. I do have a number in mind, but a reasonable offer will get it.

    Given 2 keys are fine and alot of commons would be fine, I won't give it away, but just make an offer. I will move it at a reasonable price.

    I have a scan saved of another uncut '72 sheet. I don't own this one.
    This will give you some idea of who the missing cards might be
    from your sheet. Sorry my scan is kind of small.

    It looks like the other missing card is the Bullets guard Phil Chenier,
    third row from the top.

    Wow, I would have been WAY off with an offer if the number you had in mind was $400! I'm not saying your price is high, I'm just admitting that I have NO idea on prices of uncut sheets! image Good luck! image

    would be a cool sheet for $100. I say put it on the bay at .99 and lets see what she's worth.

    I've seen one complete uncut '72 Basketball sheet sell auction for $1400.
    It might have been a Huggins and Scott auction in the last two years.
    If I recall correctly, the sheet was Ex-Mt overall with a few edge issues and a few wrinkles.
