1984 topps fb rack w/ marino glossy,and e. dickerson back, 4 sale

I have a 1984 topps football rack pack graded (GAI 9) with marino glossy (rc) on front and eric dickerson (rc) showing on back, but the pack is labeled wrong by GAI, as a 1985 topps football rack pack? On the right side of the rack there is a tiny tear in the part of the wrapper past the seal, caused by gai when sealing it. the rack is completly sealed still. Demian Werner at GAI wanted me to send it back for 2 free rack gradings or give me the insured value, but with my last 2 horror stories sending packs for grading to them , i dont know if i would ever see anything? i am only asking $40 on it, just to get my $ back. It is on ebay now, thanks, scotty
