Anyone else experiencing digital break-up of photos?

For the last week or so I've been experiencing digital break-up of pics on a multiple of coin web sites.

I thought my one PC might have had a bug, but my Mac is doing it too.

Anyone else noticing this

Been happening to me on my Photobucket account. Looks pixelated but when I click on the thumbnail
they instantly sharpen and are okay. Does not seem to affect my posting here as these appear to all
be clear.

Weird for sure.

It's just on some pics... Not ALL pics.

Only place I see that is the time lapse effect is on Facebook images. But they come into sharpness in a second or two.
