    whats the background on what this card panel actually is?

    My concern with this is the Gripper writing on the side. The finished panels you would get from Topps Vault are clean all of the way around. This may, and I am saying MAY, be cut from a full sheet. I don't know for sure but seeing the writing like that infers me to think that.

    Regardless of the fact, kick a$$ item.

    Though you labeled it wrong. it is a McCarren 3-card panel with Payton ;-)

    My guess is that it was cut from a full sheet. It doesn't look like any of the Topps Vault panels I have seen. This has the full print backs. Anyone know for sure?
