he does have some nice stuff, but not sure what gives here. is it possible his reserve is monstrously high and he will contact the high--though unwinning bidder--and reveal the grade to that bidder in the hope of brokering a deal based on the card's appearance and not its tpg (which he is clearly unhappy with)?
the guy lives quite close to me and i am familiar with many dealers/collectors in the locale, but i don't recognize the name p. kelly, assuming that is his name.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
If I'm a buyer I would treat it as if I was buying a raw card.
that is what he is counting on... buy the card not the holder.. so when it shows up as a psa 5 or 8 st... you've over paid but he will make more then the grade would pull on its own

I agree. That is some serious douche-baggery right there.
