method to help refine population reports

i'm pretty certain i remember such a thing loosely discussed here, but figured i'd re-visit the idea

after looking at many coins sold at auction over the past decade i've seen many re-submissions and i was thinking why not use the older submissions from images

once the coin is verified as re-submitted to start reducing population reports. i'm sure the tpg have already thought of this and probably even do it, but just is case, here it is.

ya, i know we can send them our old cert inserts to remove from pop reports and get .50 for our troubles along with more accurate pop reports, and we all know how helpful that would be

just wanted to see what would be said on the subject or perhaps a protocol implemented

ah crap, it just occured, would there be any way to verify how many times a particular cert number/label has been removed from the pop reports?

guess it would be just as bad to remove too many. oh drats image
