Help pricing a Craigslist sytle lot

So I want to dump a huge amount of my collection - basically all but the top 100-200 cards. Admittedly the other 35000-45000 cards are not worth much (lots of late '80's baseball and early '90's (pre-valuable insert) basketball, but I will have a several hundred decent cheap rc's (ie 35 or so HOF rookies from '84 topps like Tipett, Howie Long), Sanders Score rc, etc, and will have a a lot of '87 and '88 fleer basketball. It won't all be horrible. Anyway - what sort of price point can I reasonably expect on something like this? I will also include my psa misfires in this as well - maybe 50-80 of those. Nothing too valuable there at all. I will also include some old becketts, etc. I know I won't get $2k or even $1k, but I certainly would hope something better than $200. ANy help appreciated - whether it is pricing or how to go about listing something like this. I may take a few pics to get an idea myself of what the 'better' stuff is. All input welcome!

Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

I would just go to a big card show and sell them to the dealers there.

I would break it up into to lots

Lot #1 - All your better rookies (Sanders Score RC etc) and sell it as one lot, take a photo of all of them and ASK for 30-50% book, but be willing to take about 25% if the number is right

Lot #2 - Sell the rest in one lot, include all the garbage cards, overproduced cards and wow them on sheer numbers of cards......ASK for about 5% of book on it and be willing to take half of that
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
