Grade opinions: 1923-S Monroe half dollar

Had another thread regarding the Monroe and friction. I got some half-way decent photos now to ask for the forum's grade opinion now. The luster is all there.

Picked up on eBay for less than 40 dollars. Pictures aren't half bad, but the coin looks so- much better in hand than I can photograph with my limited capabilities. What do you think of this half? And a shot at the potential grade with our host? Thanks!

Adams' face looks pretty clean, and if you say it looks nicer than the picture, you have a shot at a 64 with it. The "torn mylar" toning at 10:00 is a pity, and may hold it back. I don't see any rub that would warrant AU. Maybe northern Chile/Argentina on the reverse, but nothing on the obverse.

Your white balance is off and the pics you posted before showed more skin/luster.

I too feel that odd patch of toning isn't adding much but if you manage to get it into a MS63 holder at $40 buy your doing alright.
