    What is it worth value wise? Is it worth submitting? It is a friends coin that I told him I would get some better opinions.

    I'd only add that it's struck thru
    a very late stage capped die, and
    it's thinned out so much that the
    design of the die is starting to show
    thru, clearer and clearer.....

    You asked about value - I'd say
    about $25-$35 retail, or thereabouts.
