Ebay Advice. Should I Pay?

Won two auctions off sportscardsusa. I didnt look at the feed back but the last time this seller sold (Jan 2011) it appears he stiffed everyone. He also only take payment with Skrill, which I have never heard of. Should I contact the seller and tell him I am just not comfortable with the transaction or should I let the $15 ride and hope for the best but expect the worst?

If you feel your going to get ripped off then contact the guy and ask him if he will accept pay-pal, if he doesnt then tell him you dont feel comfortable based on his history. Bottom line you can just not pay, you will get a non pay strike against you which isnt really a big deal, to me $15 isnt alot of money but thats not here or there learn a lesson from this and read the auction completely before you bid or hit the bin.

My recent lessons include recently selling $220 worth of silver bars and the guy stiffed me, I opened a claim and got my fees refunded and he got his strike and all is well I guess, also I just bought what I thought was a DVD but received a movie card and was pi$$ed off at MYSELF for not reading the auction fully :/

How does someone with that kind of feedback still have an account?

I recently saw a story (on Youtube) about a seller who had a selling restriction put on him so that "his business doesn't grow too fast," now if that can happen, why wouldn't ebay cancel this guy's account?
I'm building a 1968 and a 1970 Topps set. I have lots of 1970s and 1960s to offer in trade.

Thanks for the advice. I see Skrill is a valid form of payment ebay accepts. Reading about Skrill what is the same as Moneybookers and has a very shadey reputation. I think I will contact the seller and ask to withdraw.

Edit to say screw it. I went ahead and paid. I am not so worried about losing the $15 but Skrill or Moneybookers sucking my account dry. Stay tuned...
