"fixed" something that has been bugging me about heritage search for a long time.

Heritage's search drives me up the wall. The site is fairly slow and every time i searched I found myself having to uncheck the virtual bourse, buy now from owner, inventory, etc buttons. Waiting the few seconds after I unchecked each one. Yeah, probably a small complaint, but still, anything that slows me down when I am doing the weekly search aggravates.
Anyhow, I noticed that the search options were being encoded into the URL each time, so I simply refined my search and then bookmarked that final search page.
For example, after I unchecked everything my url was:
http://coins.ha.com/common/search_results.php?Nty=1&Ntk=SI_Titles&N=51+793+792&Ntt=jefferson+5c
I bookmark that, name it "jefferson search" and viola, no more hassling with the checkboxes. You can also sort and use the url after a sort to "encode" that into your bookmark as well.
Anyhow, hope this was useful and made sense.

bookmarking is good advice. at least for those that don't like doing things the hard way every time.
i have hundreds of bookmarks sorted into folders. some are 4-5 levels deep. seems anal, but once you set em up you are good-to-go.
what is that phrase, "short-term pain for long-term gain"
