Whats the best way to clean a Topps Chrome card?

I have some chrome cards that have stuck to the sleeve. When I freed them, they have a "stain" where it was stuck to the sleeve. What's the best way to clean this so that the card can be submitted for grading?

I use windex. I put a dab on a paper towel and wipe it on the top of the card.
<< <i>don't use a paper towel, use a negative cleaner cloth. You can get them at a walgreens by asking the photo desk if you cant find them else where. You risk scratching the card with anything else. I also suggest using a negative cleaner which you can find at the same place as your cleanser. >>
Thanks for the heads up. I had no idea I could scratch the card.
