Did the mint release 100K sets of 2012 three coin ASEs?

These sets were supposed to have the P, W, and S mint mark. I just received a phone call offering these sets but I have not heard of them. The W mint marked hasn't been released yet and the only non-proof S mint mark I know about was 2011.
