<< <i>Since it is already in a PCGS holder not sure why you would even be asking the question "Is it real"? >>
Look at the seller's name and location. Nuff' said...

OK, my bad

Do the pronged silicone gaskets look legit compared to the upper left T $1
it is my opinion the morgan off-center is 100% not authentic
besides the fact it looks like pot metal, look at ALL the letters obv/rev, stars and several other features
.
for your trade dollar collectors, this seller has quite a few for sale and here are 2 raw ones
trade 1
trade 2 i think this is not authentic and possibly trade 1 as well
thanks

That coin is 100% fake. Nothing about it looks good.

these two trades have problems, real problems.
trade 1: looks horribly cleaned but worse than that it's a fake. Look at the dentils to the right of the date.
trade 2: also a fake, underweight is the key here.
My opinion.

TRUTH
<< <i>Look at the P in Pluribus Split base is a dead giveaway.
The split bases of the letters closest to where the design falls off the edge is typical of
a genuine error coin. This effect is caused by the lack of edge collar pressure, as well
as the metal expanding. The coin itself looks genuine to me -- my worry with this one
would be if you actually received the item in the photographs.

If the coin was actually struck on a press set up similar to the real thing, wouldn't the physics that causes the split serifs still come into play?
is there seriously still debate going on as to the authenticity of this coin. debate is good, but not on a so obvious fake
guess i should post all of the iamges
