I am not selling these---just figured this would be the best place to post. There is a great deal for these (in my opinion) via Ebay.

4 racks for $22 (free shipping) or best offer...he's accepting lower offers. Figured my fellow CU 80's football collectors should know.

    Does anyone know if these are the kind of racks that are tight enough so that they can't be searched by sliding the cards to the side in the sealed pack? They look like the right ones from the pic, but I can't quite tell.

    I can't imagine someone's going slide around 68 racks of 83 football---not that there aren't some great cards in the set but let's be serious, these aren't 75 minis

    Thanks for the link. I just made an offer for all of them plus his 1980 racks that he has. It says there is 11 offers for the 1983 racks right now. I can't imagine these will last to long.

    That's certainly true now. I thought it might have been worth doing in 1988. But you're right, even if it did happen, I don't know why it would change whether I buy these or not.

    Just wanted to let you guys know that I got 12 of these racks and they arrived today. They were shipped very fast and nicely packaged and let me say that they are 100% legit and clean! I saved two racks and busted the rest. Of the two I saved, one had Ed"Too Tall" Jones on the front and the other had Steve Grogan (which will go to my brother in law and die hard Patriots fan). I pulled several mint stars of each like Bradshaw, Payton and Dorsett plus 1 Ronnie Lott that appears Gem Mint! Also 3 nice Singletary rookies and 2 Marcus Allen rookies!! I paid $60 shipped for the whole lot so I'm ecstatic!!
    I have no collecting direction. I just buy stuff!
