HoF logic........or ill-logic?

I noticed some quirkiness to the recent Set Registry Hall of Fame additions. Anybody else notice this weirdness? Love to hear some takes.

Nine sets make the Hall for '86-87 Fleer Hoops by achieving a perfect 10.00, which brings the total to 11 HoFers for this set. It appears at least three more are on the cusp of 10.00, so suffice to say anyone and everyone who attains a perfect ten GPA is lock city for the Hall. I dunno if I agree with that concept. I can easily forsee dozens of perfect 10.00's down the road. I know how popular the set is, however, I also felt making the HoF with a set was very special and isolated to just a select few.

Given enough time all Hall of Fames get watered down
