Does PSA Grade Modern Foil Packs?

Does PSA grade modern foil packs, something like a 1989 Upper Deck? I know they say they grade modern wax, but not sure where these types of packs fell.

There are already those packs on the Pop Report, so I'm guessing yes they do grade those.
