Where did you see the July Specials? It still lists the June Specials when I go to the "monthly specials" from the home page.

He never said anything about a special. I think he simply isn't a PSA member.

You do not have to be a collectors club member to send in raw autographed cards for red flipped authentication and/or grading

I thought you had to be a member for the Red Flip (card authentication and grading), but no membership for the blue flip (autograph authentication only, card is nto authenticated).

If you want the auto on a card authenticated (blue flip) no membership is required. If you want the auto itself graded (still blue flip) no membership is required. If you want the card graded rather than the auto (red flip) a membership is required.

That's how it used to be but not any more.

When did it change? It must be fairly recent. I wish I knew this sooner.

I think it's been about 19 months or so. It used to be the way you described but they opened it up. Now the primary benefits of the "Collectors Club" in my eyes is the ability for the "special" pricing and the vouchers, not for the submission priviledges.

I am not a CC member. I called today to see if I could submit some crossovers. The rep said I don't have to be a member to sub anything. Membership has it's privileges - specials. That is all.
