Anyway to get the rust off of a 1964 topps coin?

without ruining it? Like maybe soak it in some Coke?
picked up a Hank Aaron yesterday in a box of flea market junk and was wondering if there's anyway to make it more presentable

I have used typical car wax on Topps coins to clean them up -- I doubt you'll remove all the rust but it will definitely improve the condition of the coin.
I have submitted coins to PSA that I have "waxed" -- and have had no issues with altered stock or the like.

rubbed a little too hard on the back though, I took off a little bit of the wording but I don't mind cause it's gonna be sitting face up in my display case forever and a day
