Virtual Garage Sale...new stuff added March 15 Check it out

It is that time of the year and I am now able to get back in the garage and see what I have sitting out there. I have a few boxes of stuff that were relativly easy to get to so I am going to start with their contents. I think many of you will like these as they are all uncut sheets I aquired over the years. We are not talking 1952 Topps sheets but they are great display pieces either way you look at them.
Just so you know many of these uncut sheets are in LARGE uncut sheet top loaders. Now, they are not cost effective to ship as I would have to find a box large enough to contain both the sheet and top loader and shipping, due to being extremely oversized might be prohibitive. If someone wants the top loaders with a sheet I would be more than happy to include it at no extra cost but we would have to work out something with the exact shipping costs. If you live near the northern suburbs of Chicago or near Milwaukee (or all parts in between) I wowuld be happy to arrange a delivery to you if you really wanted the top loaders. If you dont want them, I will ship these sheets rolled and in mailing tubes. I am going to ask for shipping of 10 for the sheets as I do have to purchase the tubes and pay for postage. If shipping costs are less than this I will refund the difference.
Just to refresh everyone, I used to own a card shop and have been a collector for the beter part of 40 years. Over the years I have picked up all sorts of stuff when I purchased collections or people giving me their unwanted sports stash so now I am forced to liquidate these items as honestly, I have run out of room. My wife is on my tail to greatly reduce the amount of stuff I have and to be honest, I agree with her. I am listing items as I open boxes and the idea is to get rid of them as quick as possible. Again, this is a virtual garage sale and while the items may not all be pack fresh, I think the pricing is fair. Let mw know if you think otherwise.

The first item is a display piece for the 1989 Topps baseball set that was sent to many large retail stores such as K-Mart. This large display piece (about 3 X 2) was designed to sit on the top of a end cap at the store and advertise the Topps cards on the shelves below. This item is double sided with the same display on the front and the back and was printed on high quality foam-type board and has NEVER been displayed. As a matter of fact I have the original shipping box from Topps and will ship this item to you in the very same box. I am asking $35.00 DELIVERED (remember, this will cost about 10 bucks to ship) and it will look noce in any mancave that displays Topps cards.
The only "stars" showing on this item is Robin Yount and Bo Jackson but this display piece is pretty impressive!

I have piles of stuff after 40 years of collecting anything and everything. Working for the Cubs only increased my piles of stuff and now that I am pushing 50, I relaized I cannot collect it all. It is time to get rid of stuff I dont really look at and focus on stuff I really want. Besides, my wife is on my butt to consolidate and I guess she is right. I really need to do this! lol
