Can anyone help me contacts Stacks with a Internet bidding problem?

There is a unclosed lot that the recorded bid is off from my bid. They added 2 extra digits to the bid so it is basically 100x more than what I bid. The sale is not over but I can not find any response to what is a most obvious error.
It clearly was a glitch in the system, lucky I looked at the emails they send. I emailed a minute after the bid but no one responded.
