Need info on how to handle tampered, empty US mint boxes - contents were stolen

The S-Mint El Yunque quarters arrived today. When I opened the box, all 6 white boxes had been opened and the rolls removed, and the box retaped on the bottom with the clear Postal tape.
The US Mint customer service never picked up, maybe because it's the weekend.
Will also go to the Post Office on Monday to report it.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
This has never happened to me before.

Following up on my situation: I called the local post office and they referred me to the US Postal Inspector, who took my report over the phone and gave me a case number.
Then I called the US Mint and they will send me a form to fill out and then send me a replacement order. I'll be looking at the bottom of the replacement box and pay attention to the weight this next time.
