Bechtler Dollar question

Is this an example of a previous owner playing the crack out game and having it bite them in the you know where? Apparently it was previously graded AU 58 and now it was being offered in AU 55. Whatever the reason it still looks like a nice example of this particular type. link

Looks to be the same coin and insert #, so for what ever
reason the coin was out of the slab & sent for regrading
    by PCGS, who downgraded it.
Or, perhaps it was now a new owner & the previous owner
removed it from the slab while he had it in his collection
and sold it unslabbed. Like the Early Copper guys do.

    It's a risky business.
