Need some help from a 1975 Topps mini PSA 9 expert with scan

Bought a collection today and it had a Ken Griffey 1975 Topps Mini PSA MINT 9.

There is only 14 graded a PSA MINT 9 so I wanted a good idea where to start a BIN BO auction.
Any help would be greatly apprecitaed.

Here is the scan. The cards are razor sharp with just being slightly OC.

    avg. VCP is $51.15 . The last 4 sales have been auctions in 2012 with avg. sale of $49+ with the last one going for $76 in February. I'd think a BIN or best offer of $60 would be right or you might get a hair more if you let it run at auction.

    Any unopened Baseball cello and rack packs and boxes from the 1970's and early 1980s.

    Are you sure its not called, "Honey, I shrunk your wallet." I think the mini collectors might think so.
