Who on here is good (and reasonable) at custom cards????

My 5 year old started Tball this year. I was wondering if there was anyone who could (for a reasonable price) turn a picture of him in his baseball uniform into a cut card for me. I stole one of his preschool assignments with his name on it, and would like to make a card out of it. Can anyone help me out??

Also I need to know what type of picture will be needed so I can get my wife to take one at his next game (he plays during the day when I'm at work). Is basically a close up good?

I should add he writes pretty big do it'd probably need to be a 3x5 card instead of a standard card. If that's too hard I can get a different signature
