Bought a few lots

I picked up a lot of (160) 65 Topps all PSA 8 NQ and about (100) 57 Topps PSA 6'S & 7'S NQ that were graded before the .5 scale. Is it better to crack and submit the one's I believe could bump or to send them in there slabs? Also if you send them in graded how does that work? Same as the raw grading cost or is there a different review charge?

I wouldn't crack those 8's. I would send them in for the review and hope for the .5 bump. 6 and 7's, I may crack some of the nicer ones.
