Rolls of silver proof state quarters

I was looking to buy some rolls of 90% silver quarters.
I have been looking at several places including Apmex.
They have rolls of proof silver state quarters that are up tp $30 cheeper per roll than say pre 64 Washington quarters.
They have the same amount of silver
Are they that much less desirable and hard to sell.
Any thoughts?

yes they are that much harder to sell.
A local who sells 90% by the bag has told me he has had bags returned when proof state quarters are in the bag.
Since there are clad proofs as well as the silvers they are harder to tell apart for people who don't know or pay attention.
The go in the melt pile.
