1928 DDO $20

I just purchased a 1928 US $20 with a distnct doubled die obverse. The doubling is dtrongest on the designer's initials and the stars ad lower rays on the right side. There is distinct doubling on the 28 of the date also. Has anyone else any knowledge of this DDO?
