I hate the post office....maybe not PO, but hate when it happens

So I rec'd the nicest Pat LaFontaine OPC I've ever had my hands on. Simply beautiful until I saw the
two surface creases on top about 1 inch each. Now I'm in a bad mood and the search continues.
Seller was nice about it and will issue a refund after i send it back....grrrr. Here's the original pic.
I'm too lazy to scan the card in hand. Creases probably won't show. Thanks for the vent.

So poor packaging on the sellers part, or the post office damaged the crap out of the box it was shipped in?

How is that the PO's fault? Sounds like an inexperienced shipper to me. A little cardboard around the top loader and it becomes almost unbendable without doing it intentionally.

It was in a small bubble mailer. Very rarely do I get a damaged card in a bubble mailer, but it has happened.
Card in toploader in bubble mailer is sometimes not enough. I always add cardboard padding.
Seller already refunded. I'm still bummed.

I have had PSA holders crushed right in the middle even though they were shipped in a padded envelope

Many of my bubble wrapped arrive looking as if they were used as a football. Thank goodness all of my sellers have packaged well.
So far the only damage has been a large scrape mark on the back of a graded that I could live with. (In this case the package was ripped
through the bubble wrap, a plastic covering and a card board cover with tape!!)
