moving a "collection" of low-price modern sets on Craigslist

Anyone have luck selling large lots of cards on Craigslist to local customers?
I've got over 10 80s-90s sets that I haven't been able to move on Ebay (shipping > value of set) and was thinking about offering them all up on Craigslist as a lot for pickup.
Anyone have some do's or don'ts about going this route?

<< <i>I heard that IHOP's are a great place to meet for Craigslist purchases. >>
Why's that? Or is there a joke I'm not getting?
There's a near-by Starbucks that I was going to use as the meeting place for this.

I got an email that said "i want it call me (432) xxx xxxx".
I emailed back with:
"Hi, I notice that your have a Texas area code. Are you in Texas? I'd probably cost close to $100 to ship all this stuff. Are you still interested?"
Their response (from a different email address) was:
"weird, it didn't go through, then could you just check if it is the exact same one on facebook here and if it is i would likely be their today to get it http://apps.facebook.com/<removed>"
I'm not going to click that, and think it's safe to conclude that this path will not lead to me selling anything.
