How do I post a message in an existing thread???

I see how to start a new thread, and reply to messages, but can't figure out how to post a message in an existing thread. Perhaps my old Windows Vista browser is leaving something out?
Thirty years as a coin collector. Use same ID as a seller on eBay.

    Edit...OK, now I see... A 'reply' is to the message itself, not the post. LOL
