Card cutting machines

Just reading over the 82TT Ripken thread and was curious about what was out there that has the ability to make clean cuts. I understand there are your local retail Fiskars paper cutters. I'm more interested in the laser cutting machines that I hear about or the "micro slicer" mentioned in the thread.
Anyone got pics or links?
Can PSA tell if they were cut, particularly modern stuff?
Edited to add: No, I'm not buying one!

<< <i>what? since when can't we talk about card cutting best practices? >>
We can. I just thought we were doing the re-coloring seminar 1st.
Most uncut sheets have been rolled up and stored resulting in many surface wrinkles, even if cut perfectly, they'll grade no higher than a 5.
