Does anyone know if there are any specialized works (similar to Resplandores) which catalogue or otherwise detail the Balance Scale (Un) Peso series of Mexico, or even any articles which might fully address the subject? The more I learn about Cap and Rays, the more I become interested in learning about the BSP, which seems to represent a countervailing force in Mexican monetary policy of the 19th Century (Liberal v. Conservative, Trade coinage v. Domestic coinage, Juarez v. Santa Ana, Diaz, et. al). Anybody know of anything (in English? My Spanish needs real work.)?
