Was looking over some t206 and t205's on eBay the other day and wondered if there were any legit chewing/smoking tobacco pouches/bags/etc. that were still originally sealed with a tobacco card inside. Talk about an ultimate unopened product!!!!
Anybody know????

I should qualify my statement... I was shown a photo of the pack that is purported to be the one being raffled off. The pack I was shown was absolutely wrong year and 100% no card inside. If someone has a definite picture of the pack up for raffle, I could date it.

I was the original owner (collector owner) that bought the 1909 T212-1 Obak pack with card pictured above. It was not unopened, but was still complete and the T212-1 card shows obvious age staining evidence of being in contact with the box, slider, and cigarettes for nearly 100 years... very cool pack and always love to see the pics
the prob with 1910 Era packs, is there are so many other types of cards/premiums that can be found in them, not just T205/T206.... there are cards with birds, dogs, fish, flags, states, "Mutt and Jeff" cards, etc., not to mention, buttons, coins, stamps, silks. etc.
Like Jon said, most of these packs that are said to be from 1909-11 are not.... so the odds of a T206 card is 0% and thats not a good gamble IMO
I know this is an very old thread, does anyone has any unopened t205/t206 tobacco packs for sale?
