Card shops in Dallas and north

Going to my 30 year HS reunion in the thriving metropolis of Wichita Falls Texas. Good BBQ and Herrera's and possibly Campisi's while in Dallas. Going to Dealey Plaza and showing tHe wife around my old stomping grounds at SMU. Yes I was ther during Pony Express days.

Any good card stores I should check out

Thumbs up to Campisis. If you like pizza, Marco's makes a good pie as well, it's over by GW's neighborhood, http://www.pizzabymarco.com/ There is good food everywhere down here as evidenced by my waistline.

Not sure about card shops. I live about 30 miles South of Dallas and I haven't been to a card shop down here in probably 10 years. I think Nick's is still around up around Richardson. Much easier and cheaper for me to just internet shop. (yes, I know that's why a lot of mom and pop card stores have closed, but so be it)

If you like baseball, the Rangers are close by, most of them are fairly fan friendly, and you can get some good autographs and good pics by going out early to the ballpark and making a whole day of it. The Cowboys Stadium is right beside Rangers ballpark, and I although I hate the Cowboys, the Stadium is well worth a tour. You can get great pics, play on the field, go in the locker rooms, etc. It's a beautiful place as far as sports stadiums, arena's, etc. go.

    Have fun,

    Mike

    Hi Barry,

This is my favorite card shop in the DFW area:

    Triple Cards and Collectibles
    2456 Avenue K
    Plano, TX 75074
    214-509-5263

The owner is a great guy and I feel like their prices are fair. Have a great trip down here!

Nicks sportscards is a really nice place as well. I don't believe there are more than two that exists today.
As far as the pizza place I can't stand Marco's but Campisis rocks.
