He's been found "not guilty" in the court of law.

Court of public opinion is another matter.

No reason to care one way or another, its obvious he was a user regardless of this foolish court case.

In fact the whole thing is a complete and utter waste of our court system's time, its 100% stupid that congress gives a rats a$$ about steroid abuse in MLB and its even more stupid that they get involved. MLB should have handled it internally and congress should put their efforts in more important things regarding our country and not give a chit about MLB and these overpayed morons.

I hope MLB goes bankrupt down the road and these guys have to get real jobs

Don't worry, someone will be there to provide a bailout for MLB if that ever happened.

The "Black Sox" were all found "not guilty" as well in the court of law.

<< <i>And everyone in the past was using something too >>

And in my opinion that is a correct statement and it includes Ripken and Griffey. My 2 cents

You are incorrect, OJ was acquitted, NOT found not guilty.

As for Clemens, I could care less...total waste of time and money.

If the rate of false negatives is over 99% why would anyone want to ever bother with testing?
