Would you file a SNAD?

Bought an authentic autographed card on ebay(blue flip). The card I received does not have the same cert number and the corners are really beat up. After going back and looking at the sellers other auctions it appears they use a stock photo of a very nice card and then send out a different card.

  • Contact the seller abour switching it for the one in the listing. If that does not work file a Complaint for "Not as described"

    It should be as pictured.

I would try to talk it out first, but keep that option in your back pocket.

To not even mention it is very bad indeed.
I would file a case if he doesn't remedy the situation.

I should have stated that emails had been sent to seller prior to this posting...Update: seller has contacted me and card is being sent back for the original card in auction.

    Thanks
