Having trouble understanding this baseball

Vintage Baseball with 15 "Signatures"

Obviously, this is a facsimile ball, but I don't understand why this ball would have been made. Tony C. was only on one all-star team--1967--and most of those players were not on that team. What other rhyme or reason is there to this one?

Probably a ball full of players who endorsed Rawlings at the time.

Where is he on the ball? In the scans I see lots of Yankees and Orioles, but I don't see Conigliaro.

I don't see him either, the seller says he is on there.

    Very good possibility!

You are correct. I found a few similar balls that have facsimile signatures of Rawlings endorsers. On the panel right underneath "Official," the other balls have "AB" stamped. The seller of the ball in question does not show this panel.

Did Mickey sign his name like that at that time?
    Good for you.
