Need grading help!!!! Dan-Dee and Red Heart cards

What do you think these cards would grade. They are a couple oddball and condition sensitive cards. The dan-dee was inserted in patato chips and from my understanding the discoloration is from the chips and doesn't effect the grade, so what grade would you put on both of these cards? What do you think they may be worth and is it worth grading? Thanks for the help in advance!!!

1 in lower grade is $19.95.
Graded examples in higher grades are higher.
1 Dan Dee Schoendienst on ebay in VG is $60.
The 1954-70 Red Heart cards are far more common because they were available for over 16 years through the mail in offer. The F342 DanDee card w/ stains like yours is common, Id say a 3
