My turn for an ebay seller complaint

Making my 1st ebay complaint. Looking on advise on what my next step should be. Here is what happened:
There was a Favre 1994 finest refractor listed. The pic didnt have a shine to it but i know sometimes a scanner/camera doesnt pick that up..here is what happened next:
(1st email sent before i placed a bid)

Hi I just got the card today. its not the refractor. It's the base card. The refractor is all shiny the regular version doesn't have a shine to it. Im going to send it back to you for refund.

No the refractors back then had a glossy look to them,I bought it from a card shop as a refractor.I do not accept returns,all sales are final
Theres all the email exchanges...really??? thats the response i get????

Despite what some sellers think there is really no such thing as a no return policy.

The part that baffles me is that i didnt get a response like...."im very sorry that i was mistaken that this card was a refractor. Send back for a full refund. Sorry for inconvenience"

He might think you are trying to scam him...maybe he did buy it at a premium as a refractor and does not want to believe he got taken. This is one time the buyer friendly ebay rules work in your favor.
