1965 Austria proof sets +46 Canadian PL sets

I just found 3 of these Austria 1965 Vienna University Anniversary Proof sets.... each set contains 1.175 ASW and has a current krause of $60.00 before I break them out to sell individually can anyone use these at the $40 level?






I have a group of 46 Canadian sets for sale here @ $2.50 each = $115.00 total delivered in the US.
