"S" Circulating Quality ATB Quarters

"The San Francisco Mint recently opened its doors to members of the media to celebrate the 75th anniversary at the current location. Some reports from the tour included images or video footage of newly minted circulating quality quarters. This was unusual since for the past several decades, the San Francisco Mint has only struck quarters in proof quality and has not produced circulation strike versions.
An inquiry to the United States Mint has confirmed that circulating quality 2012 America the Beautiful Quarters with the "S" mint mark have been produced at the San Francisco Mint. These will be offered numismatic products or sets to be offered to collectors later this year.
Michael White of the United States Mint Office of Public Affairs said, "We were looking for a new numismatic product with an “S” mark. Feedback we had received from customers was that there was always great anticipation with products that had the “S” mint mark."
"We felt that an “S” mint mark on America the Beautiful Quarters would bring some additional visibility to the program. A business case was developed that supported moving forward with the product. The quarters that will be produced will be circulating quality and sold as numismatic products."
The 2012 America the Beautiful Quarters feature El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico, Chaco Culture National Historical Park in New Mexico, Acadia National Park in Maine, Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park in Hawaii, and Denali National Park and Preserve in Alaska.

In checking the Mints web pages I see that the Mint is going to offer 40 coin rolls and bags of 100 starting on 6/21 for the El Yunque one. $18.95 (or $0.47 each) for a roll, $34.95 for the bag of 100. So a near 100% mark-up. Still, this is consistent with coin dealer pricing on singles P & D versions that can go upwards toward $0.75 and even $1.00 each. This first "S" business strike should become one of the key coins. I'm pretty sure dealers will be charging at least $1.00 each and maybe more.
These aren't included in the 2012 Mint Sets, probably because the packaging for the sets were already on order when the decision to mint these "S" versions was made. So buying the rolls or bags from the mint or a dealer is the only way to obtain these quarters.
Will there be "S" circulation quality quarters next year? Will they be included in the Mint Sets if there are 2013 "S" quarters or will the Mint stick with the roll/bag program?

You can get this coin already in the 3 coin pack that the mint is currently selling. So I wouldn't spend the money for this packaging unless I was in the habit of collecting mint rolls.
According to the Mint site, the "S" quarter in the three-coin sets is a proof.
So it looks like the only way to obtain the "S" circulating quarters will be in rolls or bags from the Mint, or as singles in the aftermarket.
