?? regarding old holders??

I know how to tell the difference between an old and a new holder, that is NOT the question.

My question is when a card in an old holder is resubmitted & the grade does not change, is that card slabbed into a new holder?

If it is, I would not have to wonder if an old holdered card I want to send in has been resubmitted in the past.

Any other information anybody has regarding holders, cert. numbers, old & new holders or so... would greatly be appreciated.

I think you have to request that cards that don't make a higher grade be reholdered. The ones I have sent for review were reholdered but I put a note on the form to reholder.
