my 15 card freebie submission ?

Even though I have spoken with Customer Service at PSA, I'm more confused than ever.

I have a mix of cards to get graded. They consist of normal sized cards, 1 Linett (BIG), 4, 3-card panels and two discs. Now PSA tells me I can submit the lot and get them all graded at no charge under my 15-card voucher. The thing is that I'm supposed to separate the cards on different submission forms, but must indicate my voucher # on each submission form.

My dilema is that every time I touch a submission form, the return postage is going up exponentially. So....why can't I just indicate all 15 "cards" on one submission form, attach the voucher, indicate a value for each "card", pop for the return postage of 15 cards and be done with it? Must I really break all these "cards" into different groupings?

I'm leaning towards just putting all 15 on one form, adding the appropriate postage and hoping for the best. If I've goofed, I'm sure I'll get a call to square things up.

What is the correct procedure?

TKS !!

I just recently rejoined myself ! I too had some disc's I wanted to have graded.............but knew they would have to be on a different submission form and postage and handling made it to prohibitive ! I suppose the different size makes packaging a challenge to combine different holders ???? Seems like they could package everything in there largest box ? Anyway , to avoid delays ...............I would just submit one size of cards ! Or , do as they suggested and fill out the proper submission forms for each size !

Sadly, we've all run into this.

Different sorts of items being submitted, or items being submitted under different service levels (reholders, grading, crossovers, etc) all get treated separately by PSA and have to be processed/returned separately. You can sub them all together, but once they open your box they become separate "batches'.

All seperate subs. Don't send them together or you will get put on the bad boy shelf........and the way wait times are already//////////You would have to live as long as Moses to see your sub pop.image

I have to disagree strongly. My best pop times have always been when I sent a bulk sub in the same box as a renewal sub and put "renewal" on the box. Once your sub is opened and logged, then of course normal processing schedules can kick in, but getting your box to the top of the pile is always OK in my experience.

I think he meant dont send them together on 1 form. Not don't send them together in 1 package.

OK then, that makes more sense. Sending them in on one form would be a REAL bad idea.
