You don't often see them go over 50 days.

I have one on day 46 today.

You need to know how many PSA employees had birthday's during the first 45 days and only on days PSA was opened. So if 6 people had birthdays, you add 6 days to the 45.

I figured this out using google earth, chicken bones and peanut butter.

    really, I did.

    You are Welcome.

has anybody recently got vouchers for not getting grades within express timeframe? I'm guessing this hasn't happened in years.....right?

You did use ONLY business days, correct?

Also remember that the turnaround language is "Turnaround Time is Approximately 45 Business Days. So I don't think you will be getting any vouchers.

I'm on bus. day 44 myself. Doubt mine will pop tomorrow. I'm shooting for this Friday.
My last 7 orders have all popped on a Friday which I find very strange. Last order popped
on bus. day 49 on Friday.

My last 2 orders also popped late afternoon on a Friday. Makes you think they sit around all week, then cram to get some orders completed for the week.

I'm on day 47.......It took them over two weeks to log the order in and they charged my card immediately so needless to say I am not a very happy camper right now. By the time I finally get my cards back from PSA they will have had them for roughly 25% of the year.

In the same boat as the rest of you. They have had 186 of my cards now for 46 business days, or almost 67 days of the year so far.

I sent in another sub 12 days ago and still haven't received loggage. The interesting part now is, since they waited to log in my 20-day order, my membership expired yesterday..so my submission that I sent for May specials lapsed my subscription date of 6/10 for being logged in. I'm not going to subscribe again until they're ready to log my order, or I may just tell them to send back my order. Starting to feel like taking a break from the submission game.

I'm on day 45 and I'm hoping it can go 50 because then I'm getting free vouchers. PSA's customer service and setting the expectations for their customers is absolutely awful right now.

I believe that PSA is making a deliberate effort to put turnaround times more in line with the service level paid for. They were seeing premium 10-day service orders go the distance while lower-cost 45 day orders were popping in a few days. This undoubtedly angered those who paid for the shorter timeframe. I think if you're paying $4.50 a card now, it's going to be a long wait. And if you want quick grades PSA is gonna make you pay for it.

I have loggage on just 25 cards from 4/4/2012 and I am too lazy to do the match with business days. I just know it is 2 months and 8 days and still not the longest wait that I have ever had.

I just always use the rule of thumb I learned years ago - 20 business days in a month is close enough for just about any planning exercise.

Yeah that sounds just about right. My previous longest wait was over the holidays last Nov., Dec., and Jan. that went two months and twelve days so this is just about there. When it gets this close I do not mind waiting a few more days...what does it really matter?

For what it's worth, I just had a 132 card bulk sub pop in 47 business days.
Order was dropped at a Chicago card show in March, grades popped on June 5th.
My longest wait ever in 15 years of submitting.

No big deal. They must be really busy.

On the flip side of that, I've had 500-600 bulk subs pop in less
than 10 days too. So to me waiting on one or two subs to
the max. number of days is okay when in the past PSA has
graded my stuff very quickly and beat all the estimated times easily.

I wish my grades were higher on my latest sub, but that's for another thread....

Kind of goes along with Walter's theory of city buses and the frequency of their stops.
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.
